By booking an appointment through this site, you agree to show up at the scheduled time. We ask that you arrive on time so we can keep the schedule running smoothly for everyone.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible through your booking confirmation or by contacting Lihu Cutzzz directly. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are subject to a $20 fee, payable at your next appointment. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in restrictions on future online booking.

By providing your phone number and opting in during booking, you agree to receive appointment reminders and confirmations via SMS. Message frequency varies based on your bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your appointment — please contact Lihu Cutzzz directly to manage existing bookings.

Prices for services are listed at time of booking and may change. Any price changes will be reflected before you complete a new booking.

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts used for abusive or fraudulent booking activity.

Services are provided as described at booking. We aren't liable for delays or issues outside our reasonable control (e.g. illness, emergencies, scheduling conflicts).

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the booking site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
