PRIVACY POLICY

When you book an appointment we collect your name, phone number, email address and the details of your booking (service, date, time and any notes you choose to add). If you create an account, we also store your login email and any profile photo you upload.

We use this information to schedule and manage your appointments, send booking confirmations and reminders, keep a history of your visits, and improve the service we offer you in the chair.

We don't sell your information. It is shared only with the services we use to run bookings (our hosting and database provider, our calendar and messaging tools), and only as needed to deliver the booking.

If you opt in during booking, we use your phone number to send appointment confirmations and reminders via SMS. Message frequency varies based on your bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile phone number and opt-in consent will never be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.

We remember your choice. If you have an account, your SMS preference is saved to it: the SMS box is pre-checked on future bookings while it's on, and you can turn it on or off at any time under Settings → SMS messages. Ticking or unticking the box when you book updates that preference. Turning it off stops texts for all of your appointments; you'll still receive confirmations by email where you've given one.

We keep your booking history for as long as you remain a client so we can reference past visits. You can ask us to update or delete your details at any time.

You can edit your profile details from your account page, turn SMS messages on or off under Settings (or reply STOP to any text), or contact Lihu Cutzzz to have your record removed.
